Imagined Realities is committed to your complete satisfaction, in accordance with the policies set forth herein.  At the customer's option, Imagined Realities will replace any damaged item, or refund your money (including shipping and handling fees), less any applicable discounts, within 14 days after initial receipt.  You may otherwise exchange any item or return any item for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs and any applicable discounts, within 14 days after initial receipt.  Pennsylvania residents subject to 6% sales tax.  Because each image is individually printed based on orders received, it may take up to six weeks for delivery.  Most orders, however, are delivered in less than 3 weeks. Shipping and Handling fees will be added to all orders based on the following:  7.00 for all orders less than $100; $11.00 for all orders $101-$200; $15.00 for all orders $201-$500; free shipping on all orders over $500.  Shipping and handling fees assume one delivery to one delivery location in the 48 contiguous United States.  Additional shipping and handling charges will apply for additional shipments and for shipments to other locations.  Due to variations in computer monitors, inks, and photographic paper, colors as they appear on your monitor may differ somewhat from actual photographs, prints, or mats, and colors may also differ from one print or mat to another.  All images on this web-site and all images and prints sold by Imagined Realities™ are copyright by Alan V. Klein, are registered with the United States’ Copyright Office, and are protected under the intellectual property laws of the United States of America, other countries and international treaties.  Violations of these laws can subject the violator to actual, statutory, and punitive damages and attorneys’ fees, and possible criminal prosecution.  These images may not be reproduced, copied, or downloaded in whole or in part without permission from Alan V. Klein.  Printing of limited watermarked images from this website for the sole purpose of considering the purchase of Imagined Realities™  products or services is authorized.  Please contact Imagined Realities for additional legal terms applicable to licensing transactions and transactions involving custom preparation of customer images.

Klein will vigorously protect its right to photograph, reproduce, sell, advertise, market and license (collectively "Disseminate") any image or print of any place, person, or thing to the extent that such Dissemination is legal under intellectual property law, the law of real and personal property, contract law, and/or any other law, whether common law or statutory.  To the extent authorized under law, Imagined Realities and Alan V. Klein will seek attorneys' fees, expert fees, and any other fees and costs incurred to defend against any frivolous or improper actions.  Imagined Realities and Alan V. Klein do not recognize unilateral claims of image ownership or control that exceed those accorded under applicable law.  Should you make any claim of such ownership or control, please provide all facts and the full legal basis supporting such claims.  The foregoing shall not be construed to limit any claims or defenses asserted by Alan V. Klein or Imagined Realities.

Adverse Effects of Color

The vibrant and bold colors displayed on this website and in Imagined Realities’ photography and prints may adversely affect those that strongly prefer black and white photography.
